Our "Female Leadership" Masterclass is specifically designed for companies with women in leadership positions and women who are to be prepared for their first management role. It takes participants through the most modern aspects of personal and operational excellence, health and wellbeing, communication, new work and digital leadership. Reflection exercises will deepen the knowledge and enable participants to identify personal strengths and develop their ow strategies for elevated success. The program invites participants to explore a variety of directly applicable topics, share the most current knowledge from the fields of psychology, health, communication, and leadership in an entertaining and inspiring way. The aim is to also provide many proven and highly practical tips for direct implementation in everyday life.
